When will I receive my order?

If you are based in Sydney Metropolitan area and placed an order before 11am, please expect to receive your order the next business day. Orders bound for other states can take 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note, due to COVID and courier companies being busy during holiday season there might be some delays. But once an order is dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number. If you have any concerns, please call us at 0470 433 087. 

What if an item is out of stock?

If you have ordered an out of stock item, we will cancel the item and refund the payment. All other items on the order, will be dispatched. 

Where can I find a tracking number?

As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number and a URL for tracking your order. 

What is the ETA for custom printed packaging orders?

If you have ordered a small print run for branded coffee cups, please expect the order to be ready to be dispatched to you within 2-3 weeks of approval of artwork. 

What is the shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. A standard shipping charge of $15 applies for all orders less than $150.
